Our Story
The Space Behind the Sound
Who We Are
Svara Space Was Created for Those Who Need a Place to Breathe
In a world that demands constant motion, we believe stillness is not a luxury — it is essential. Svara Space was born from a simple observation: the people who need restoration the most often have the least access to it.
We set out to create a space where sound, water, and breathwork converge into experiences that are both profound and accessible. Our sessions are not performances. They are containers for release — designed with care, held with presence, and delivered with intention.
Every bowl, every frequency, every breath cue is chosen to guide the nervous system from tension into calm. We do not promise miracles. We offer a return to yourself.
Our Philosophy
Three Principles Guide Everything We Do
Stillness Over Stimulation
We design for quiet. No loud marketing, no overwhelming spaces. Every detail invites the body to soften.
Science Meets Sensation
Our sessions are grounded in acoustic science and nervous system regulation — not mystique alone.
Accessibility Without Compromise
Premium experiences should not be exclusive. We make deep wellness available to individuals, couples, and teams.

Swati Snigdha
Sound Healing Facilitator & Breathwork Guide
Trained in Himalayan singing bowl therapy, nervous system regulation, and somatic breathwork. Each session is designed with the understanding that every body holds tension differently — and releases it differently too. The work is gentle, intentional, and always responsive to the room.
